To be honest, I first downloaded your book since it is not available where I live but when I saw the content with chapters such as “how much juice can you expect” or “how to shake a cocktail”, I told myself that I have to own the book ; even if the shipping costs were the same price as the book itself. A lot of people rave about this book and I have to say I was initially a bit nonplussed; just about every cocktail book has a few chapters on technique (which in my opinion nine times out of ten is padding) but revisiting this book a few times has made me appreciate it more. I've founded Europe's largest bar school as well as an award-winning craft cocktail bar, and if I could go back in time I would give Jeffrey's book to each and every student I've ever had. Hope one day I take a plane from Netherlands and visit your bar (and part of the country, actually), but till then, hope you keep on having lack-of-publishing periods to delight people with new releases here or on paper.
